TRANSPORT OPERATION & SOLUTION MANAGER
Location: Bekasi
Job Responsibility:
- Managing daily operations of the route and bulk distribution activities to ensure that people and equipment levels meet service requirements and are employed efficiently
- Conduct delivery performance analysis
- Analyze and resolve delivery issues in a timely fashion
- Develop and implement plans that will lead to improvement in revenue opportunities and service
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree, any major
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a transportation operation manager in similar industry
- Solid knowledge of the transportation industry and logistics
- Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics
- Ability to work well with team members and navigate challenging situations
- A comprehensive understanding of HSE and legislative requirements within transportation
