• Lead all aspects of manufacturing operation to reach target according to the budget plan by utilizing all resources (assets, working capital, workforce, material, equipment), efficiently and effectively.
• Lead manufacturing activities effectively and efficiently to meet the target in terms of number, quality, and time

Qualifications:

• Minimum S1 graduate in Industrial Engineering / Chemical Engineering or other engineering
• Have minimum 15 years of work experience in manufacturing, which includes 7 years of work in plastic packaging, and at least 2 years as a plant / factory manager.
• Master the skills required in blow molding, injection, and printing
• Have good computer skill
• Have good analytical skill and strategic thinking, team management skill, and target oriented
• Ready to be posted in Cengkareng, Tangerang
