SERVICES & SALES OFFICER – HOUSE OF ULTIMA II

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle client appointments and provide types of consultation with clients (online and offline)
  • Effectively inform and educate our clients about specific wellness concerns
  • Handle clients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
  • Meets sales targets and goals
  • Arrange Therapist schedule for appointments
  • Actively promote House of ULTIMA II, its treatments, services and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
  • Perform other duties as requested, in a timely, professional, empathetic, accurate manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in similar position in beauty clinic / spa field / skincare-cosmetic brands with specialty in customer service, sales and marketing
  • Dynamic worldview, shaped by real experiences, real ambitions, and a real passion for bringing positive change
  • Enjoy working with people, possess a friendly and outgoing personality, also a natural Influencer and has the commerciality to ensure we are maximizing our business portfolio at all times
  • A team player, enthusiast delivering hospitality, yet also a sales oriented character
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with POS (point of sales) systems / SAP (System Application and Processing), common software, phone systems, and the ability to learn new technologies
  • Additional certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy or relevant field is a plus
