TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR – HOUSE OF ULTIMA II

Location: Jakarta

Requirements:

  • Create, design, and deliver training curriculum (inc. team development) & materials needed (treatment protocols, machine guidelines, etc) for Beauty Centre team according to the brand activity calendar and guidelines
  • Ensure all training and/or assesment delivery methods are engaging for a diverse range of learning styles and reflect contemporary adult learning approaches including digital and social media
  • Assist each training participant to reach their maximum potentials especially the ones that leads to sales performance through individual encouragement and high quality training methods
  • Responsible to compile training activity reports, analyse the achievement of training delivery versus training plan, and provide development program based on the report being made
  • Perform other duties as requested, in a timely, professional, empathetic, accurate manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree all major from reputable university
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in similar position in beauty clinic/spa field/ skincare-cosmetic brands with specialty in customer service, sales and marketing
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, on-the-job/in classroom / online training, workshops & simulations) in retail or aesthetics company
  • Natural Influencer; one that always challenges the norm to drive through creative solutions and has the commerciality to ensure we are maximizing our business portfolio at all times
  • Dynamic worldview, shaped by real experiences, real ambitions, and a real passion for bringing positive change
  • Passionate and curious about face-body treatment, skin care, makeup, fashion and lifestyle updates
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Excellent in computer literate (Ms. Office Programs, especially Power Point)
  • Additional certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy or relevant field is preferable
