DIGITAL, PR & EVENT MANAGER

Location: Jakarta

  • Responsible to define strategy, implement, and analyze ATL Digital placement to increase brand awareness and strengthen brand image of ULTIMA II as an international beauty brand, also to increase purchase intent in e-commerce channel and ULTIMA II counters as well
  • Responsible to create content of ULTIMA II digital assets, and maximize its potential & utilization
  • Close coordination with Trade Marketing team to plan content and sales program at various e-commerce platform
  • Develop CRM support through all digital database & asset optimization
  • Create event and activation to strengthen brand image & brand awareness
  • Build good relationship with KOL, media, and other related parties to get maximum coverage
  • Define integrated plan to support ULTIMA II communication and promotion activities

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • At least 3 years of experience in manager assistant level, handling marketing communication, event, PR, promotion and digital, from concept until ATL & BTL implementation, preferably from cosmetic / consumer goods / fashion retail industry
  • Computer literate (MS Office), preferably able to do graphic application
  • Good English ability
  • Good understanding in success rate of communication activities metrics (ATL, BTL, and Digital)
  • Good communication skill and wide networking
  • Good analytical thinking, smart worker, problem solver, creative, able to work independently and in a team
