SALES MANAGER ETHICAL– SUMATERA (CODE: SM)

Location: Medan

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible to ACHIEVE the annual sales target in his/her region and manage other budgets such as budget discount, A&P, personnel, etc that has been approved by management, and strive to achieve it effectively and efficiently.
  • He/she has a good relationship/networking with key opinion leaders in those areas as well as key potential outlets/customers.
  • He/she has the ability to properly analyze the market including new market potential and area development.
  • Able to lead and manage teams (supervisors and medical representatives) to be more productive and achieve predetermined targets.
  • Able to come up with brilliant action plans to increase sales in his area of responsibility.
  • Carefully monitor all operations in the field carried out by his subordinates.
  • Doing intense cooperation with distributors in each branch.
  • Make a good sales forecast planning and monitor the existing stock so that the target can be achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ethical product particularly in sales department, and 2 years of experience in managerial level.
  • Possess good analytical thinking, target oriented, high commitment, independent, and strong interpersonal skill.
  • Good leadership skill.
  • Hard worker.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Willing to be stationed in Medan, and travel to all areas in Sumatera.
