HEAD OF SALES OPERATION (HSO)
Location: Surabaya
Job Responsibility:
- Act as a counter part in branch between Sales & Trade Marketing team and sales team in distributor.
- Responsible to achieve sales budget (Sales to Trade) and Buying Outlet (BO) of all Tempo Scan Group products (Consumer, Cosmetic, Health Care) in his / her area of responsibility and in all channel.
- Monthly sales review with distributor and define next action plan.
- Develop distribution in every channel including new potential channel development.
- Ensure marketing programs especially trade program and Below The Line runs smoothly in all branches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, particularly in consumer products, and minimum 5 years in managerial level.
- Good analytical thinking, target oriented, high commitment, able to work independently as well as in a team, and possess good interpersonal skill.
- Strong leadership skill.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Willing to be stationed in Surabaya, and travel to all areas in East Java, Bali – Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, and East Indonesia.
