• Be in charge of developing formulations and processing techniques of new products with optimal quality (product characteristic & appearance, product safety, efficacy & performance, and product stability) and complying with the requirements of quality standard and price (COGS), up to the application of manufacturing on a production scale.
• Be in charge of reformulating pharmaceutical products, traditional medicines, and nutrition of existing products in order to improve quality and/or cost saving.
• Be in charge of improving the production process in order to improve production efficiency.
• Be in charge of approving the use of raw material from alternative supplier proposed by procurement team.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacyst education / Bachelor of Pharmacy from a reputable university
• Have minimum 12 years of experience in charge of the development of pharmaceutical products formulation, and minimum 6 years on managerial level.
• Have good computer skill
• Have good analytical skill, innovative, able to work in a team, and have team management skill.
