• Interpret the business strategy into supply chain solutions.
• Continuously improve all segment in Supply Chain (cost, inventory level, warehouse/DC capacity, services level, balancing demand and supply, up stream and downstream, speed/lead time) in order to increase sales and reduce cost.
• Build strong relationships with the Manufacturing and Distribution division to continually improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable university, major industrial engineering / supply chain management or other similar major.
• At least 6 years of experience handling supply chain operation and improvement, preferably has experience working in consulting company focus on supply chain management & improvement, and 2 years in managerial level.
• Has experience being in charge in project management, close coordination with all related parties, and manage timeline.
• Strong analytical & conceptual thinking, good initiative & self starter, confident & persuasive, able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good English ability and computer literate.
