GENERAL AFFAIR MANAGER – OFFICE MANAGEMENT

Location: Jakarta

  • Responsible to manage all working & supporting facilities in head office and its maintenance based on quality and budget requirement
  • Responsible to manage and supervise security, office boy, messenger, and cleaning service, and close coordination with all related vendors
  • Responsible for re-lay out projects and ensure its implementation accordingly
  • Cost efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Min. Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from civil / architectural engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience in general affair – office management, 2 years in managerial level
  • Familiar with Autocad and interior design
  • Good experience in handling third parties
  • Computer literate
  • Able to handle project with deadline, and posses good leadership skill
