PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk and its subsidiaries (“Tempo Scan”) obtained credit facilities from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (“OCBC NISP”) on August 8, 2022 with a maximum total facility limit amounting to IDR 1.75 Trillion.

The aforesaid credit facilities will be used to finance working capital expenditures of Tempo Scan Pacific, among others to expand its core business in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of Pharmaceutical Products, Consumer Health, Cosmetics & Consumer Products and Distribution & Logistic Services.

Tempo Scan expressed its appreciation to OCBC NISP for the confidence given to Tempo Scan as an Indonesian private company, especially in the current economic conditions.
