Job Responsibility:
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance by outlets
- Create innovative & creative program with Key Outlets, monitor and analyze the result
- Coordinate and well manage with many parties for event execution (regular / special events)
- Manage account specific trade budgets
- Monitor and analyze cosmetic trend, competitor movements and create action to compete
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
- At least 5 years of experience handling trade marketing ( especially in cosmetic / consumer goods industry), as well as have a good understanding in cosmetic counter operational; and 2 years in managerial level
- Good analytical thinking (qualitative & quantitative) and have strong numerical analysis
- Strong leadership and capable to work in team
- Hard worker, creative, proactive and full of initiative
- Fluent in English and excellent Computer literate ( MS Office Program )
- Have capability in graphic software is an advantage

Membantu Marketing Communication & Promotion Manager, Visual Merchandising & Counter Design Development Manager untuk membuat konsep dan standard aspek material komunikasi dan promosi (ATL dan BTL)
VISUAL MERCHANDISING EXECUTIVE ESTEE LAUDER & LAMER
Membuat layout podium dan event sesuai dengan jadwal dari marketing untuk diajukan ke principal dan retailer
MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE SUPERVISOR
Membuat daftar minimum 50 dokter kelas A dan melakukan kunjungan kepada 50 dokter tersebut
MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE
Membuat list dokter sesuai dengan ketentutan yang berlaku +/-120 dokter
MARKETING SUPERVISOR FOR BEAUTY OR LIFESTYLE
Assist in planning and execution of integrated communications and marketing strategy to respective platforms to different markets
