BW FUNCTIONAL SUPERVISOR
Lokasi: Jakarta
Job Responsibility:
- Provide SAP-BW System Support for Internal Business Unit, included in the task list but not limited to are to do monitoring / daily check, improvement on the BW System
- Support BW Functional Manager in the development, configuration, unit testing, implementation and support of SAP-BW module
- Provide 2nd level support to internal helpdesk support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (computer/telecomunication), computer science/ Information Technology from reputable university
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experiences in the related field
- Having knowledge about Database and ERP system, especially in BW/BI functionalities
- Strong leadership and capable to work in team
- Hardworker, creative, proactive and full of initiative
- Fluent in English and excellent in computer literate

SOURCING SUPERVISOR
Melakukan “sourcing” material untuk perencanaan pembelian bahan baku, baik untuk produk baru maupun alternatif supplier.
IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Instalasi Hardware dan Software baik PC, Laptop, Switch Hub, Router, Mikrotik, Printer
PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Menyiapkan kebutuhan sample untuk keperluan development (stability test, trial diline, transport test)
SUPERVISOR PHARMA PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTATION
Menyiapkan, Menyusun, Mengirim ke Registration Pharma dan menyimpan dokumen mutu Pra Registrasi & Registrasi Lokal maupun Export
ASISTEN APOTEKER CPC
Melakukan compounding formulasi produk/prototype yang diberikan Decorative & Face Care Manager/CPC Formulation Manager
SUPPLY PLANNING SUPERVISOR
Menjalankan proses ROFO antara tim Principal, SRP dan Pabrik serta follow up & reporting OTIF Pabrik
FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
Developing product formulations and reformulations with an orderly development system in accordance with the company's strategy in meeting local and global requirements for a product
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Membuat laporan keuangan konsolidasi hingga menyusun report konsolidasi, serta menyusun management report setiap bulan dan melakukan penyusunan budget
PACKAGING MATERIAL BUYING SUPERVISOR
Membantu melakukan strategi pembelian Bahan Kemasan (Packaging Material principal approved supplier, kemasan cosmetic import, PVC dan kemasan label sticker)
MAINTENANCE STAFF
Melakukan tugas-tugas sehubungan dengan perawatan utilitas bangunan untuk penyediaan kebutuhan air bersih, listrik, sistem alarm/hydrant
