Job Responsibility:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance, accounting, and tax departments
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
• Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations
• Develop and implement effective financial control systems and processes
• Supervise a team of finance, accounting, and tax professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure financial stability
• Provide financial analysis and advice to support decision-making

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws and regulations, and financial reporting
• Experience in managing a team and working in a creative and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
