Job Responsibility:

• Ensure strict compliance with weekly financial plans
• Validate vendor settlements in a timely and accurate manner
• Supervise accounting transactions, including collecting, documenting, and categorizing financial data for reporting purposes
• Responsible for accurate and timely journal entries, including accruals, adjustments, and closing activities
• Review and monitor general ledger transactions to ensure proper classification and compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate closely with PPh, PPN, CRRP and SysAd teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor/Payment Control Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation
• Experience working with media advertising vendors is a plus
• Proficient in accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in financial reporting and reconciliations
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills, especially in cross-functional coordination
• Familiarity with audit processes and preparation of audit schedules is an advantage
• Brevet A/B certification is a plus
