Job Responsibility:

• Review required data/documents for BPOM registration
• Submit nutritional products or the local food industry according to the set targets
• Consult, monitor, and follow up with BPOM to get NIE approval
• Review regulations related to nutritional registration and other relevant rules
• Prepare billing documents for nutritional registration
• Prepare reports and gather data for budgeting
• Assist in managing precursor documents with BPOM and the Ministry of Health (AHP, PI, SPI)
• Assist with licensing tasks or other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a Postgraduate degree in Apothecary is highly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in nutritional product registration or regulatory affairs within the local food industry, including registration of supplements, traditional medicines, and quasi-drugs
• Expert knowledge of regulatory practices related to nutritional products or the local food industry, including the registration of supplements, traditional medicines, and quasi-drugs
• Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively maintain communication with regulatory authorities
