SAP SERVICE DESK STAFF

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that all issue tickets related to services provided by TDS are registered and assigned to the relevant PIC
  • Provide support to end-users for various issues and/or new system requests directed to Tempo Data System
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system functionality problems
  • Monitoring problems or new system requests to provide accurate and timely solutions
  • Testing new programs or projects, corrections, and other requests, prepare test data and scenarios, and ensure that the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results are accepted and correctly used by the user

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with minimum GPA 3,00
  • 1 year of experience in the Service Desk field
  • Strong understanding of SAP processes relevant to the field
  • Knowledge of the assigned module
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capable of identifying and analyzing problems
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
