HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES AND ADMINISTRATION SUPERVISOR

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all phase of recruitment and hiring process (posting job ads, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, etc.) to obtain qualified prospective employees according to the qualifications required by business unit
  • Create and maintain accurate employee records and gather all related documentation and key detail
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Manage employee records and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS) with up-to-date and accurate data
  • Process employment lifecycle transactions including onboarding, contract management, transfers, and offboarding
  • Support internal communication regarding HR policies and updates

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in major Psychology/Human Resources/Industrial Engineering/Management/Economic or related field
  • Having at least 3-5 years of experience as a Recruitment or HR Services in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Ms. Office, especially excel program for data processing
  • Strong analytical thinking, data accuracy, and attention to detail
