DIGITAL MARKETING ANALYST

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing digital campaign calendar that align to business objectives
  • Responsible for managing ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram, CPAS), TikTok, Marketplace (Shopee, Lazada), Google (Search and Display)
  • Managing SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to get more traffic and clicks
  • Handling creative assets to elevate digital visibility for social media, marketplace, and internal commerce website
  • Optimizing campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis
  • Maintaining Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4) to track campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, GMV, Impression, Conversion)
  • Analyzing campaign performance and funnel behavior to improve upcoming campaign effectiveness
  • Reporting campaign result with the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Presenting campaign insights and recommendations to business stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree of any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role in FMCG or Digital Agency
  • Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work independently, but can collaborate with a cross-function team and external
  • Experienced in handling ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee Seller Center, Lazada Ads Center
  • Skilled in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Having a deep understanding of Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
