Job Responsibility:

• Forecast demand accurately based on coordination with sales and marketing team, historic data, sales trend, and seasonal pattern
• Manage end-to-end purchase order process (create, follow up, and return) to secure adequate supply
• Maintain stock in the warehouse (damage and unsaleable product, expired date)
• Ensure stock level based on company’s standard
• Evaluate forecast accuracy to create improvement action plan
• Execute action plan to balancing stock availability and inventory cost

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply & Demand Planning role for FMCG or distributor company
• Deep understanding in statistical forecasting, judgmental forecasting, safety stock, reorder point, lead time, minimum order quantity
• Have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Experienced in using SAP is a plus point
• Having strong interpersonal, attention to details, and problem solving skill
