CORPORATE TRAINING EXECUTIVE
Location: Jakarta
Job Responsibility:
- Develop annual & monthly learning priorities, conduct structured Training Needs Analysis, manage end-to-end training projects
- Design & deliver training material (product knowledge, skincare, makeup artistry, brand story, consultation and service-standard training) to beauty advisor according to brand activity calendar and guidelines
- Deliver sales and service capability programs covering customer journey, consultation techniques, product recommendation, cross-selling, upselling, objection handling, and building long-term customer relationships
- Perform training needs analysis regularly together with Sales, Marketing, and HR to identify gaps in skills, knowledge, and behaviour, especially in BA productivity and brand execution
- Conduct regular counter visits and on-the-job coaching to observe BA performance, provide immediate, specific, and constructive feedback
- Develop and update training tools & content (PowerPoint decks, playbooks, checklists, videos, quizzes, e-learning modules) and ensure alignment with global and local brand guidelines
- Support recruitment & assessment BA, Makeup Expert, Promotor, and related field recruitment through structured competency-based interviews (technical test / demo makeup and basic psychological/behavioural assessment relevant to the role)
- Work closely with Brand, Sales, and Marketing teams to support new product launches, campaigns, and in-store activation through tailored training programs
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through quantitative and qualitative measures (attendance, quiz score, BA certification, post-training performance, sales uplift where applicable) and recommend improvement actions
- Ensure all training and assessment activities are delivered in a professional, timely, and cost-conscious manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. (Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Psychology, Education, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous)
- At least 4–7 years of working experience as Trainer in beauty field/ cosmetic brands
- Additional certification in Makeup Techniques, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Sales/Training certification is a plus
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs end-to-end—not only facilitating materials prepared by others
- Demonstrated experience handling Beauty Advisors across multiple stores, areas, channels, or national coverage
- Strong knowledge of makeup artistry and complexion techniques
- Familiarity with retail KPIs such as Conversion, SPH, AUS, IPT, sales productivity, and category performance
- Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Strong working proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with LMS, virtual training platforms, or digital learning applications is an advantage
- Willing and able to travel frequently across Indonesia
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, on-the-job/in classroom/ online training, workshops & simulations, digital tools)

- Dynamic, creative, and commercially minded; able to connect training content with business results and field reality
- Passionate and curious about skin care, makeup, beauty trends, and lifestyle updates
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Excellent in computer literate (Ms. Office Programs, especially Power Point)
