Job Responsibility:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and acquire new clients
• Conduct follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients, ranging from walk-ins and digital inquiries to referrals to generate, nurture, and convert high-quality leads into loyal customers
• Monitor and assess campaign performance, produce regular reports to inform improvements
• Organize or participate in marketing events and brand partnerships to boost awareness and client engagement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years in marketing, sales, or related roles (ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors)
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to details
• Skilled in reporting, Ms. Excel and Ms. Word
• Prioritize teamwork in achieving goals
