Job Responsibility:

• Implement HR Strategies, policies, programs, and practices aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization
• Establish and maintain effective industrial relations programs that promote harmonious working culture, employee morale, motivation, and engagement
• Manage HR Service Administration (Personnel Management, Payroll Service, BPJS, HR Reporting & Legal documents)
• Implement employee development programs, including training and career development initiatives
• Manage existing HRIS
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource
• Responsible for all General Affair activity
• Responsible for any other ad hoc task given as per business requirements

Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor or Master Degree of Psychology / HR Management / Law / Industrial Engineering
• Experience as HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (Supervisor Level) at least 3 years or more (preferable from Manufacturing Industry with min. 500 employees)
• Experience in Industrial Relation, Compliance Regulatory & Stakeholder Management
• Excellent in HR Data Analytics & having experience in HR Information System (HRIS)
• Experience in handling HR Service Administration (Personnel Management, Payroll Service, BPJS, HR Reporting & Legal documents)
• People oriented & result driven
• Excellent in Problem Solving & Decision Making
• Possess related HR certification (i.e : BNSP or else) will be added value
