Job Responsibility:

• Provide comprehensive supervision and guidance to maintenance schedule
• Ensuring effective coordination and execution of engineering maintenance
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with operational goals, optimizing efficiency and productivity
• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of engineering maintenance, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to achieve project objectives and meet operational demands
• Continuously assess maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance outcomes
• Ensure all engineering work complies with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Create reporting of Corrective and Preventive maintenance

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering prefer Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in engineering fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and procedures
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to analyzing data and create comprehensive report
• Understanding RCFA and basic maintenance
