MANUFACTURING DIVISION
Tempo Scan Manufacturing Division remains as an essential part within Tempo Scan’s long term business strategy and portfolio. Tempo Scan commenced a large-scale commercial production of pharmaceutical products in 1970. In 1977 Tempo Scan through its subsidiary companies expanded its operations to include production of consumer products and cosmetics and in 2014 started production of nutritional products.
Currently, the Tempo Scan’s operates 9 Companies and have manufacturing facilities complied with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) required by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
The company under this division that operate 16 manufacturing facilities, namely:
1. PHARMA MANUFACTURING GROUP (PMG)
PT TEMPO SCAN PACIFIC TBK (TSP) – PHARMA MANUFACTURING
TSP operates two manufacturing plants in East Jakarta Industrial Park (EJIP), Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java with an area of approximately 60,000 sqm. These manufacturing plants are a production facilities for tablet/caplet, capsule, effervescent powders and liquid/ syrup.
PT SUPRA FERBINDO FARMA (SFF)
SFF operates a manufacturing plant in East Jakarta Industrial Park (EJIP), Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java with an area of approximately 24,000 sqm. This manufacturing plant is a production facility for tablet, herbal liquid/syrup and cream & gel dosage forms.
PT TEMPO NATURAL PRODUCTS (TNP)
TNP operates two manufacturing plants in East Jakarta Industrial Park (EJIP), Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java with an area of approximately 17,000 sqm. These manufacturing plants are a production facilities for herbal products with liquid for external use dosage forms.
2. CONSUMER PRODUCTS AND COSMETICS MANUFACTURING GROUP (CPCMG)
PT TEMPO NAGADI (TN)
TN operates a manufacturing plant at Pulogadung Industrial Estate, East Jakarta with an area of approximately 7,000 sqm. This manufacturing plant is a production facility for solid bath soap.
PT RUDY SOETADI (RS)
RS operates two manufacturing plants at Jl. Raya Bekasi, Bekasi, West Java with an area of approximately 30,000 sqm. These manufacturing plants are a production facilities for consumer products and cosmetics.
PT TEMPO UTAMA SEJAHTERA (TUS)
TUS operates a manufacturing plant at Ngoro Industrial Park, Blok D3A, Mojokerto, East Java with an area of approximately 35,000 sqm. This manufacturing plant is a production facility for producing consumer products, household products and medical device products (non-electromedic, non-sterile).
PT PRITHO (PTO)
PTO operates two manufacturing plants, located at Jl. Kemuning, Cengkareng, West Jakarta with an area of approximately 49,000 sqm and at Ngoro Industrial Park, Blok D3A, Mojokerto, East Java with an area of 1,700 sqm. These manufacturing plants are production facilities for plastic packaging materials.
3. BEVERAGE & NUTRITIONAL MANUFACTURING GROUP (BNMG)
PT POLARI LIMUNUSAINTI (PLI)
PLI operates two manufacturing plant at Jl. Daan Mogot, Tangerang with an area of approximately 44,000 sqm. These manufacturing plants are a production facilities for soft drinks and health drinks in bottles and cans as well as UHT milk.
PT KIAN MULIA MANUNGGAL (KMM)
KMM operates three manufacturing plant at Jl. Rungkut Industri, Surabaya, East Java with an area of approximately 6,000 sqm, Ngoro Industrial Park, Blok D3A, Mojokerto, East Java with an area of approximately 6,000 sqm, and in East Jakarta Industrial Park (EJIP), Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java with an area of approximately 16,000 sqm. These manufacturing plants are a production facilities for milk powder.
