Jakarta, July 2026, PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk ("Tempo Scan") announced the signing of a joint venture agreement with Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd (CTTQ), a subsidiary of Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited (“SBP Group”), one of China's leading pharmaceutical companies based on innovation and research. Through this joint venture, a joint venture company named PT TEMPO CTTQ BIOPHARMACEUTICAL INDONESIA ("TCBI") will be established. This collaboration represents a strategic step for Tempo Scan to strengthen its specialty pharmaceutical business while expanding access for Indonesian patients to modern and innovative medicines.
