PT Bank HSBC Indonesia (“HSBC”) and PT Tempo Scan Pacific (“Tempo Scan”) signed a loan agreement on 13 December 2018, such an agreement provides a bilateral credit facility between HSBC and Tempo Scan of which amount is USD 150,000,000.- (one hundred and fifty million United States Dollars) or equivalent to around Rp. 2,200,000,000,000.- (two trillion two hundred billion Rupiah). Furthermore, Tempo Scan will use such credit facility to expand its core business namely in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health Products, Cosmetics & Consumer Products as well as Distribution & Logistics Services.
