HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Location: Bekasi

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
  • Maintain positive relationships between management and employees
  • Address and resolve workplace disputes and grievances
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and represent the company in negotiations and mediations
  • Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to payroll
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Law / Human Resources / Psychology
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the distribution or logistics sector or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
