HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Location: Bekasi
Job Responsibility:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
- Maintain positive relationships between management and employees
- Address and resolve workplace disputes and grievances
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and represent the company in negotiations and mediations
- Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations related to payroll
- Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly
- Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Law / Human Resources / Psychology
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the distribution or logistics sector or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
