Job Responsibility:

• Lead promotion across nationwide by managing promotional activities both in store or outside store
• Ability to locate promotional activities and work with specified target
• Achieve target by successfully managing Revlon Make Up Expert Team
• Encourage and manage Make Up Expert to be align with principal/marketing team guideline
• Create promotion reports and analyze the performance results

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Graduate (SMA/SMK)
• Experience as a Supervisor, especially with cosmetics (beauty company) is more preferable
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Strong leadership and experience in managing event is a plus
• Strong Communication Skills, with the ability to listen to understand
• Hardworker, creative, proactive and full of initiative
