EXECUTIVE SECRETARY & PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Location: Jakarta
Job Responsibility:
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Qualifications:
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in Secretary, Management, Administration, or similar
- Having a minimum of 10 years of work experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Enthusiasm for learning and proactive attitude
- Good standard of written English and communication
