EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

Qualifications:

  • Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in Secretary, Management, Administration, or similar
  • Recent graduate or up to 2 year relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Enthusiasm for learning and proactive attitude
  • Good standard of written English and communication
