HR SUPERVISOR

Location: Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the recruitment process in all phases of the hiring process, such as posting job ads, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and onboarding new employees
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee’s inquiries regarding our HR policies
  • Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key detail
  • Administer compensation and benefit data for payroll process
  • Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or related field
  • Minimum 5 year experiences working on Human Resource related field (Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, Recruitment, or Compensation & Benefit)
  • Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English proficiency is a must
  • Strong organization skills and attention to details
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
