HR SUPERVISOR
Location: Jakarta
Job Responsibility:
- End-to-End Recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Handle all personnel administration tasks, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation from employee onboarding, employment status changes, to termination of employment
- Maintain and optimize employee records (attendance, leave, and personal data) within the HRIS
- Manage Compensation & Benefits data to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and HR procedures
- Assist with internal/external audits, compliance reviews, and mandatory regulatory reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology (GPA min. 3.00 of 4.00)
- Minimum 5 year experiences working on Human Resource related field (Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, Recruitment, or Compensation & Benefit)
- Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency is a must
- Strong organization skills and attention to details
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
