HR SUPERVISOR
Location: Jakarta
Job Responsibility:
- Manage the recruitment process in all phases of the hiring process, such as posting job ads, conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and onboarding new employees
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee’s inquiries regarding our HR policies
- Creating and maintaining accurate employee records and gathering all related documentation and key detail
- Administer compensation and benefit data for payroll process
- Assisting with audits, compliance reviews, and other mandatory reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or related field
- Minimum 5 year experiences working on Human Resource related field (Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, Recruitment, or Compensation & Benefit)
- Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency is a must
- Strong organization skills and attention to details
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
