Director of the Company since 2022. An Indonesian citizen, born in 1981. He hold a Bachelor of Master of Management & Finance, School of Management PPM. He joined the Company in 2019. Previously, he served as Finance Director of the Company’s Manufacturing Division, Deputy Finance Director Manufacturing Division and in several other positions. Prior to joining the Company, he worked at Boehringer Ingelheim Germany as Head of Global Manufacturing Controlling CHC Business, Boehringer Ingelheim Indonesia as Finance Director, and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Auditor. Currently, he serves as a Director of the Company pursuant to the resolution of the AGMS held on 31 May 2022 and as Director of several subsidiaries of the Company. He has no affiliation with any members of the Board of Directors and Commissioners, or the majority shareholder.
