CORPORATE TRAINING EXECUTIVE
Location: Jakarta
Job Responsibility:
- Responsible to compile training activity reports, analyse the achievement of training delivery versus training plan, and provide development program based on the report being made.
- Create, Design and Deliver Training Curriculum & Materials needed according to the brand activity calendar and guidelines.
- Ensure all training and/or assesment delivery methods are engaging for a diverse range of learning styles and reflect contemporary adult learning approaches including digital and social media.
- Assist each training participant to reach his/her maximum potentials especially the ones that leads to sales performance through individual encouragement and high quality.
- Perform other duties as requested, in a timely, professional, empathetic, accurate manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree all major from reputable university.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in similar position in beauty field/ cosmetic brands.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, e-learning, on-the-job/in classroom/ online training, workshops & simulations) in retail company.

- Dynamic worldview, shaped by real experiences, real ambitions, and a real passion for bringing positive change.
- Passionate and curious about skin care, makeup, fashion and lifestyle updates.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Excellent in computer literate (Ms. Office Programs, especially Power Point).

Mengupload produk image & merubah harga di platform Marketplace, Mengisi stock pada awal bulan di platform Marketplace dan system SAP
PRODUCT EXECUTIVE ETHICAL
Mencapai target sales yang telah ditetapkan didalam budget dengan merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan kegiatan Marketing
DEMAND PLANNER EXECUTIVE
Bertanggung jawab terhadap target sales yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Management, Menyiapkan data forecast product melalui kolaborasi dengan team Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain
BRAND ACTIVATION EXECUTIVE - NUTRITIONALS
Penyusunan Marketing Calendar bulanan / tahunan untuk summary kegiatan secara sistematis & terencana
BRAND COMMUNICATION & CONTENT STRATEGY EXECUTIVE - NUTRITIONALS
Menyusun dan menjabarkan Communication Strategy dari masing-masing Brand Equity dalam lingkup tugas sesuai Brand Temple yang telah disusun
