PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – COSMETICS DIVISION
Location: Jakarta
- Assist Product Development Manager to bring up fresh idea for new innovative product development/product rejuvenation as well as developing new product concept and implementing Repackaging Project for future business development of Ultima II. Completed with precise calculation regarding to the ELD time frame (annual and 2 years ahead), MOQ, COGS, and estimated GP
- Work closely with TR, TNT, manufacturing/toll manufacturing, packaging material suppliers to create winning product for Ultima II compete with other International Premium Brands; analyze the formula and packaging material intensively and give the best suggestion/solution
- Assist Product Development Manager to work together with TR, Finance & PPIC, find outsourcing supplier for toll manufacturing company or packaging material suppliers to secure the product supply
- Good understanding and intensively monitoring of product development with regards to administrative tasks, filling, ordering, production process up to product delivery to Tlog and stores. Always keep up the timeline and provide weekly report status of product development and repackaging project to Product Development Manager in order to achieve ELD target commited to management
- Assist Product Development Manager to work together with TR and marketing communication International team to develop product positioning, claims, bodytext, packaging design, mini samples, certain event promo package as a comprehensive product attributes for Ultima II in order to make a clear and strong differentiation as well as uniqueness with competitors
Qualifications:
- Male/Female age 23– 30 years
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering/Pharmacist/Management/Business (Science Major at High School) from reputable university
- Min 1 year Experience as a Product Executive/Marketing Executive, preferably from cosmetics brand, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English is a must (Active, Passive), excellent in computer literate (Ms. Office Programs e.g Excel, MS Words and Powerpoint), capable in Graphic Design (ilustrator program) is a plus
- Having knowledge & strong passion in cosmetic industries (skincare, make up, etc)
- Good analytical thinking (qualitative & quantitative) and having strong numerical analyst
- Strong leadership and capable to work in team
- Hard worker, creative, proactive and full of initiative
- Having SIM A is a plus

Mengupload produk image & merubah harga di platform Marketplace, Mengisi stock pada awal bulan di platform Marketplace dan system SAP
PRODUCT EXECUTIVE ETHICAL
Mencapai target sales yang telah ditetapkan didalam budget dengan merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan kegiatan Marketing
DEMAND PLANNER EXECUTIVE
Bertanggung jawab terhadap target sales yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Management, Menyiapkan data forecast product melalui kolaborasi dengan team Marketing, Sales & Supply Chain
